Comprising a ruggedized ultra-compact system, front-facing ADAS camera, interior-facing DSS camera, and optional ADAS display, the VIA Mobile360 M800 is easy to install in vehicle cabins of all sizes. Its J1939 port and cable make power and CAN bus integration fast and simple, while its Ethernet connector ensures backward compatibility with telematics systems already installed in the vehicle.
To facilitate edge-to-cloud deployment, the VIA Mobile360 M800 comes with a comprehensive suite of VIA Fleet SDK, EVK, and BSP packages for leading commercial cloud platforms. The system is an AWS IoT Qualified device and features the VIA Fleet AWS Cloud SDK and VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal accelerate the integration of AWS applications and services. A 30-day demonstration of the VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal is available for you to evaluate real-time vehicle tracking, collision alerts with video upload, trip history, and a host of other fleet management functions available on the system.
The VIA Mobile360 M800 video telematics system features an ultra-compact IP67-rated enclosure that has been designed to ensure reliable operation in the most demanding on-road conditions and has passed the ISO-16750-3 shock and vibration standard.
The system is powered by a high-performance 1.2GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 dual core SoC with an integrated deep learning accelerator. It comes with a broad array of I/O features, including three AHD camera-in ports, one ADAS display port, one COM/CAN bus port, one Digital I/O port, one Micro SD card slot, and four antenna connectors.
As well as supporting GPS, and Wi-Fi, the VIA Mobile360 M800 also features an Ethernet LAN port and can accommodate an optional 4G wireless module with its MiniPCIe slot. Other features include: 1GB DDR3 DRAM, 512MB SPI Flash Memory, one 3-Axis G-sensor, one Micro SD card slot, and one Micro SIM card slot.
The VIA Mobile360 M800’s 9-36V DC-in power supply allows in-vehicle power delivery using the J1939 port and cable. CAN bus integration can also be implemented through the J1939 port or an ODB II option to enable the collection of rich vehicle usage data such as speed, distance, idle time, and fuel consumption that can be analyzed to identify opportunities for optimizing fleet efficiency and safety.
The VIA Mobile360 M800 also comes with an IP67-rated FOV-60.8° 1080p ADAS camera and an IP67-rated FOV-103° 1080p DSS camera. An optional ADAS display with speaker and microphone array is also available.
AI Safety Features
The VIA Mobile360 M800 supports FCW (Forward Collision Warning) and LDW (Lane Departure Warning) with its ADAS camera and driver fatigue, distraction, smart phone usage, and smoking through its DSS camera.
